“My first time at a rodeo event inside the Dome. I grew up in Toronto and had been in Calgary for two years. A bull rider held on for the full eight seconds and the crowd went absolutely insane. The woman next to me, a total stranger, grabbed my arm and screamed "THAT'S WHAT WE DO HERE!" I remember thinking okay, I think I'm a Calgarian now.”
